Estive na cidade para o Gramado Summit e escolhi um hotel da rede Laghetto por ser referência. O atendimento dos colaboradores foi sensacional, todos muito prestativos e educados, porém a limpeza dos banheiros deixou a desejar e ao solicitar uma pizza de janta parecia algo que foi descongelado depois de muito tempo e feita com ingredientes de má qualidade. O café da manhã era bom e havia chocolate quente. Em alguns momentos o chuveiro demorava bastante para esquentar.
