This hotel was terrible. The pool was dirty, the room was dirty, the beds were dirty. It spelt like they had a septic issue. It was horrible and I will never stay there again. On the positive note the location was wonderful.

Very nice staff. The place is conveniently located in the heart of PCB. The room was comfortable and had nice amenities. But, it wasn’t that clean. The shower and tub, especially, could have used a second once over. The floors had a sheen of sand on them but that is likely to be the case for anyplace right on the beach.

It's a cheap hotel. But we asked for maid service multiple times and never got it. We had to go ask for more towels daily. Its clean enough but the parking sucks.

Everything was great except our air conditioner was leaking when we got there. Went to the front desk and she said they would send someone but no one came. She did offer me towels to clean it up. We went to dinner and came back and it was worse. Went back to the front and she gave me more towels. A guy from maintenance finally came and fixed it. But overall a good stay. Great location. Pool was great.

Where shall I start. 1st I should t have to look 30 mins for the office. After finding even tho it’s same property they won’t check in. So on foot has to find the other office. There was trash on the balcony, a strong weed smell, and no tp in the bathroom upon arrival. The floors were pretty dirty. The beds were clean and decent. The shower/bathroom was good. We had to ask for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It had great beach access. Only 1 elevator with no ac so very stuffy. One lamp had no light bulbs and the other didnt work. Very few outlets. We had a middle top floor room and had no noise issues from either restaurant. Parking was rough.

No shower curtain lights didn’t work beds where nasty mold on ceiling mold on pull out couch elevators didn’t work doors had to be slammed to shut staff was rude when we tryed to unload just overall needs to be shut down and bull dozed and they only gave 1 towel and told us that was plenty for two adults and 3 kids

For no more than we were in the room, it was fine. The beds were a little bouncy for my liking but it wasnt too bad. Biggest complaint is the parking. Sharing the lot with customers at Sharky's make finding a spot difficult. The staff at the feomt desk was SUPER great!!!

Parking lot is shared with Sharky’s. So parking is horrible after 3pm. You will be lucky to get a spot. Air conditioner vibrates the entire wall. The tv had lines through it. The bed was actually comfortable and you have to get your towels from the front desk. They aren’t in the room. No hair dryers either

the only thing i can complain about is the water randomly shutting off without warning or anything, and the ac being broken. other than that, the view is so beautiful and you cannot beat the prices for the room. the pool also has a weird baja blast color, maybe from the beach or rain but it was really weird to see.

The hotel is pretty old and is showing its age. It's not exactly what I would call "nice." However, you cannot beat the location, the view, or the staff. We will certainly return.
