Easy and comfortable stay in Whistler
Excellent check in ! Efficient, not overly friendly, just the perfect amount of information and pleasant welcoming. Room was very nice, we had a pet and everything went well. Color schemes and materials "date" a bit the hotel. Quattro restaurant was tremendous, delicious food, wine and atmosphere.

Muy buen hotel.
Overall good. Excellent location. I suggest putting a mosquito net on the balcony to ventilate the room, because it smells like other people's moods and if you want to open the window, flies come in. The room was very hot. What I loved was the attention of the receptionists, especially the lady who speaks Spanish, she was very kind and helpful.

Ruined stay.
I rented the mountain view room on the quiet side of the building, and was given a room on the backside of the hotel were all the buses and drunk people made noises all night. Happy with front desk just not given a room on the correct side of the building. This is my 8th stay at the hotel and the only time I was given the wrong side of the building.

The reception was unfriendly, he asked us extra pay for one more guest ( the room was for four and we were four) but he didn’t upgrade our room. The AC was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep and the balcony didn’t have screen doors to keep open.
