The property was a bit tricky to find the first time, but upon arrival everything was great. The house was clean and spacious, quite comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked well (we used fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher) and the kitchen was well-stocked (measuring cups and spoons, pyrex dishes with lids, normal silverware and place settings). Both beds/bedrooms were also comfortable. For laundry, just a note that the washer is an agitator and may be a little bit hard on any delicate clothing. We didn't bring much that was delicate, so the washer/dryer met our needs. We stayed for four nights (a long weekend) and had zero issues. The location is also really convenient - grocery store, fast casual restaurants and coffee shops, clothing and household stores are all within about 3 blocks (walking is possible, but the roads are fairly busy so we always drove). Would definitely stay again.

This is an outstanding property and the owners were charming, welcoming and very responsive to communicaiton. The living/kitchen area is huge, the beds have new and very comfortable mattresses. The big deck in the morning was the perfect place to enjoy the birds singing and sip coffee. Close to so much - shopping, beach, Expo Center... We look forward to our next visit at this wonderful home.
