Very uncomfortable room very old FURNITURE washro
If I tell you anyways, you guys not posting my comment but the hotel doesn’t work the cost it’s so disgusting. The room is so ugly. The furniture is so old they need to update. It’s very not worth it. It’s worth it $50 a night not over $100. You guys just stealing people money. This is not fair. They have to be law for that.

Good stay
I stayed several times in Dec/Jan, different style room each time. It is a discount hotel but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the water is hot, and the furnaces are quiet. Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was reasonable. The suite was great when travelling with the family. Location is fabulous. My family checked out the restaurant next door and stayed for pool and drinks. The Super 8 was a safe and welcome landing spot.

This place is pretty sketchy. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk so we could register. He was nice though. I think many people actually live in this hotel. People just hanging around. I was not comfortable and wished I had booked elsewhere.

December 2024 stay
It was an okay stay, but when I check in, the room door was slightly open and not sure why it was like that. I was told there was no wifi password ( meaning no wifi) and I need to provide a credit card number for $200 charge if there as any damages. I agree with some others reviews that the noises were constantly there, one from the heat fan, another from the bathroom toilet. The furniture and overall are worn out, the mattress was kind of comfortable except the blankets were feeling of damp, same with the towles, one was still wet! TV was okay but small. Suggest to decorate the walls on the side of the TV as it is so boring and white. The breakfast was good, it has bananas and apples, cereles, Waffle makers, juice and milk. It is definitely a motel and overpriced for such room quality.

Most of the staff, especially at the front desk, is rude and unprofessional: 1) Some would leave the front desk for a smoke outside for a long time while on the phone for obvious personal calls, and while customers were trying to check out. When I ask an East-African-looking cleaning lady where the front-desk clerk was, she nonchalantly pointed at her outside smoking. When I ask: But who is supposed to call her when a client is checking out? She made sure I saw that SHE DID NOT CARE! I could only a) angrily say that "someone is supposed to be at the front desk at all times", drop the keys on the counter; c) go outside and tell the clerk that the keys are on the counter because I checked out from room 102. The clerk NEVER stopped talking on the phone while smoking or made eye contact while dismissively saying to me "okay". 2) When other customers wanted a refund possibly for a non-valid reason or had other concerns, another clerk was ALWAYS heavy-handedly confrontational instead of adopting a soft approach. 3) The toilet in my room regularly would NOT flush until I opened the bowl cover to assist. 4) Some of the towels looked used up, old, and borderline dirty/clean.

If I was Hotel .com I would be refunding my money back . I didnt even stay there walked in the front door place stank like a garabage dump the halls looked like hell and there were call girls hanging in front of the motel. Hotel.com how could you even recommend this place

Management does not communicate with staff. We asked the front desk for a late checkout, which was agreed to, come the normal check out time the house cleaning entered my room while I was still sleeping. I find this unacceptable as my privacy has been violated. Secondly I asked to borrow a charger for the night and was told that I would be able to use it until check-out. Come 7:30 am someone is banging on my door asking for the charger back. It is not worth the extra saving to stay in this dingy hotel with pillows that are lumpy and hard. I find that there are certainly much better options in the surround area if you can spare the extra couple bucks. Overall definitely a terrible experience and would never stay at this location again.
