Very nice hotel in a great location. Super helpful front desk personnel, couldn’t be better!! Easily walkable to everything. Bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. Lots of bakeries, coffee and anything you would want nearby. Also located in a car free area so you can walk out the door and be in a great walking area. It is steps away from the Cathedral.

Great location, good rooms, good soundproofing given central location. Very clean and comfortable. Good roof bar with live music great fun. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. 2 issues: First the disgusting smell of raw sewage in the reception area, they have got to fix that, if nothing else leave the front and back doors open. Terrible! Secondly, only gave us free water in our room the 1st night! Told us we needed to pay 3 euros a bottle from the mini bar the next 2 days, very mean. If I had bought 3 separate nights then I would have got free water each night! Whats the difference??

Very nice hotel, great location in the city centre next to cathedral. Reception lovely, terrace and pool are great. Room, wardrobe door broken, wouldn’t shut, no iron or ironing board, no shower gel in the shower, USB port not working by the desk and only one 3/4 full toilet roll. Asked for iron from reception, 20 mins, the realised no shower gel another 15 mins. As we were only there one night and wanting to make the most of the city, I didn’t report the issues other that what was needed to reception as we simply didn’t have time. Would expect much better from a room I paid £243 for! Really not impressed and wouldn’t stay again. Have stayed in equally as nice and convenient hotels for much less money.
