The front desk people are always nice at check-in.
I usually have to leave a hotel before breakfast starts. Most hotels are okay with going in and getting something that is either cold, like fruit, muffins etc, or will let you get something hot if it's ready. This Holiday Inn Express puts ropes around the serving area and will not let you in before the 6:30 opening. That takes away from this place being inviting.
The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I wish they would either get new linens, or at least use fabric softener. The towels and washcloths are pretty rough.
The hot tub is always working when I'm there, which is a big deal to me.
There is a Buffalo Wings and Rings restaurant in the parking lot area.
Aside from the things mentioned above, I always enjoy staying at this location.
