We booked a suite. They gave us a king room and claimed it was Expedia's fault and there was no refund. The rooms and hotel smelled like smoke. The air conditioning in our first room didn't work. The air conditioning worked according to the staff in our second room. It was 95 degrees outside, and it took until 2 am for our room to get to 78 degrees. We checked out 24 hours early and yes thanks to Expedia and the hotel there is no refund. Complete joke and Expedia can take your money but, they have no customer support.
