Disappointed checkin
Checkin was not great but stay was good. Checkin our request of room by elevator was not granted when this was our 6th stay in the last year and all previous stays the same request granted. Instead we were the last room at end of the hallway which is the farthest from the elevator Also when our card was charged for 50.00 for incidentals it was charged a total of 3 times. Did have the the other two refunded but still left with a dollar charge for each that was told would also come off card in 2 to 3 days. Will have to monitor our card to verify. If staff does not know how to charge the 50.00 incidental charge properly I would hope you would stop this policy. Do not know if will stay here again because our request is very important to us.

Very comfortable beds but need new cleaner supply
The hotel is low budget and the queen room is incredibly small. We were put in a suite the first night and that was great. Both rooms had very comfortable beds. The hotel really needs to replace the cleaning supplies used on the floors. The overwhelming smell permeates the entire hotel and ruins the experience. It made me dizzy and we shoved a towel by the door jam when they were cleaning the hallway. Is it possible to use a different product that is not so toxic? The people were very friendly and for the price it was ok. Just be aware the queen room is tight and there is no where else to hang out as the lobby is very small as well.

The hotel was clean, simple, and setvice was good. Water pressure was good and bed/pillows were comfy. Room was clean. Nothing crazy to write home about, but great price and accommodations that met our needs. Would recommend.

Don't expect a lot of amenities. Just a clean and quiet place to rest your head and get a little breakfast before you head out. Very decent for that. Breakfast options weren't incredible, but decent. Not a lot of options and they need to work on heating up the hot stuff before they put it out though. Coffee was okay.

Wonderful stay. Room is clean and comfortable, quiet and cozy. Room is a bit small but it has enough basics for the price. Location is convenient to major highway. Breakfast doesn’t have many choices but warm and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.
