The terrace we had was outstanding, a little more attention to detailed cleaning would be welcomed. Dusty baseboards, throw cushions on the bed and sofa upholstery could use some cleaning. Towel bars or hooks at an appropriate height are needed.

Fabulous But Noisy Location
Fabulous location in the center of activity. Be prepared to walk 2+ blocks with your luggage from a taxi cab drop off point to the check-in office and then walk the equivalent of 3 or more blocks winding through the old town over various cobbles (durable luggage necessary) to the apartment. It was very difficult to sleep due to people noise until 3 or 4 a.m. then just when you get to sleep the city workers noise begins: dumpsters beneath the window. many delivery trucks and the streets were washed with power hoses being pulled by a truck every morning.The apartment floor was dirty. It was mopped after I contacted the office. Dishwasher was full of dishes upon our arrival. Perhaps these things would not bother some folks but they did us. On the plus side: Nice walk-in shower, big bathroom. We used the two twin beds to place our luggage on which was convenient. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable. Too bad it was so noisy but walkable close to everything.

Excellent location right in the centre of old town Málaga. All attractions are at walking distance. You do need to bring earplugs as it gets loud outside. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants with patios so everybody is eating outside. The streets get cleaned by 3-4 AM so you will hear an engine truck that stays there for about 20 mins. Goods delivery happens at 6-7 am so more noise. You can barely hear all this if you are wearing good quality earplugs. The apartment had dirty floors when we checked in. They were never cleaned during the 7 days we were there. Garbage gets picked up daily. Sheets/towels are changed every 3 days. You have to check-in in a different location but for check-out you just leave. There is no physical key. You open the door with a numeric pad outside the suite. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and iron. No safe box. There is a Carrefour mini market 5 mins walk. Big nice supermarket at El Corte Ingles which is a 15 mins walk. There is no taxi entrance to the street where the apartment is. You can walk to the end/beginning of Larios street. There is a taxi stand there. It is a very roomy apartment. You just have to be aware that is gets loud outside until very late but that is not the apartment management’s fault. Just bring your ear plugs.

We had the loft with the view on the street. The loft was perfect for our needs and very clean. The location is perfect for walking, it's located in the middle of the tourist area, but that turned out to be a huge issue because of the constant noise from the street! Impossible to sleep without earplugs and I would not go back there for this reason. It's too bad because everything else was perfect.
