Did not honor the correct reservation
I reserved a room with 2 beds and they gave me a king. Had to sleep 2 male adults in same bed. Unacceptable!

Comfortable stay
Comfortable stay. We would stay again. The only downfall is that this hotel does not have an elevator. If you have problem with stairs, ask to stay on the ground floor.

Negligence at its finest
Had to go down to the desk three separate times. Our first room didn’t have two amenities listed, so we had to move rooms. Remote didn’t work when we attempted to turn on the tv. The maintenance person was in our room for 20 minutes and it was late. Iron in the second room leaked all over my dress clothes. I went down to get a “new” one and the one they gave me leaked too. There was mud all over and it was there for a few hours. Breakfast was not so great either. The milk in the one of the mixes was sour so they served expired food. Awful and I will never go back.

This is our second visit to Bay Report. The staff is always extremely helpful and the room is clean and comfortable. We like to open the slider and see the beautiful bay! I would definitely recommend a stay.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly an welcoming! The hotel has been updated which is nice. The bed was really hard which im not used to so i was uncomfortable. One suggestion would be to take the carpeting out of the rooms...my grandbaby ran around barefoot in the room and her little feet were black from that carpeting.
