Nice location, room convenient, confortable matress. But hotel 4 stars and not even a free bottle of water in room. When i complained about it at reception they answered me tjat depend the price of the room. So to pay 200€ by night is not enough to get a 50 cl bottle of water that cost 0,75€ RIDICULOUS

The staff was more then helpful, they anticipated our needs. First the luggage, not only held until check in, but then put in our room when it was ready. They called the room when they realized I was checking out on a day that I couldn't get a taxi to the hotel and offered assistance to minimize the disruption. Room was spacious, for a European hotel, and the location was excellent. Much closer to the Arc de Triumph and metro then I thought.

This hotel is beautiful!! Our room was perfect with a lovely view. Staff was very nice, professional and polite. The location is in the heart of town. Easy to walk to Eiffel tower and the Arc. I can't say enough of this hotel. We stayed in London and Rome during this trip and hands down this was my favorite hotel of the trip!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, 10 out of 10.
