The first thing that hit us at about 8 PM when we got there was the attitude of the receptionist who checked us in. It was a young woman with a "cold as ice, matter of fact" attitude. No smiles, and no welcoming words. She was on the phone and actually seemed bothered by the fact that new visitors had arrived. we were tired and she was explaining the policy and the address to the suites quite fast. She rudely explained the resort fee when I ask about the charge. I am an engineering manager myself and I would not have her as an employee. She is in service industry, and in my opinion, it takes a whole different kind of personality and behavior to work in this sector, particularly when you deal with general public, and in a place that bears the good name of Hilton, which is synonymous with excellence. I like to add that I usually am an easy-going person and do not like to express negative views, but both my wife and I were quite upset by the lady's behavior and I was embarrassed at the way she talked to me in front of my wife.
Aside from that, the suite was excellent. The porch light (by front door) was out and when we called about it, it was immediately fixed. The suite was clean and cute. Everything else was excellent.
