I booked a room on Expedia for four people—two adults and two kids—but when we arrived late due to a delayed flight, we were given a small one-bedroom studio. The couch in the room did not open into a bed, which was a major inconvenience. It took quite a while for the staff to bring us sheets and an additional bed, delaying our ability to get the kids settled and asleep, even though it was nearly midnight. We ended up paying a premium price of $340 for a room that was worth, at best, $150. While the property itself is decent, though a bit outdated, and the staff is friendly, I don't think it should be advertised on Expedia as suitable for four people when it is clearly only meant for two.
