Not a good choice
Checked in.
Lady at desk was very pleasant.
Issued me a room.
TV wasn't working.
Moved me to second room. Same issue. I would have assumed if it was just a cable problem, other guests would have same problem and would have been brought to her attention.
She knew nothing of a problem with reception.
It was late (7-7:30). No biggie, I had a long day and was tired.
Opened fridge, to put a bottle of water I had with me and there was half eaten food inside.
In bathroom was a cig in toilet (non-smoking property).
I had enough.
Booked room for two nights and wanted to save money.
It was cheap.
Big mistake.
Never again, will I choose to save money and take a step down in guest ratings over expected comfort.
I went to office, turned in my key card, left, went to another hotel, down the street and ate the $85 for the two nights.
