Having to ask for tea/coffee making facilities is becoming a little tiresome, but then having to get your own cups, and tea/coffee, milk etc. is stretching things; especially as other hotels in the chain supply these without being requested. Breakfast on our first morning was very much "hit or miss"; the were obviously a lot of people resident, and insufficient staff to ensure all the usual breakfast options were being replenished. This did improve over the next couple of days; but in November/December they often have bus parties resident, and this issue needs addressing before then. The rooms are always very hot, even though we turn the heating right down, maybe some form of air conditioning system could be incorporated, or simply reducing the thermostats !
