Facility needs renovations and maintenance.
The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was nice. FACILITY NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED. My first room wreaked of cigarette smoke; the second had no closet to hang clothes and the heat did not work. The third room was better. It had a closet, the heat worked, no smoke smell and was cleaner, just old.

Dont do it
Only recommending this hotel if you LITERALLY have no where else to go and only plan on sleeping there. Dingy and old. Only one elevator worked. Sink in the room was clogged. The room wasnt vaccumed. Woke up in the morning to a roach crawling across the desk. The rate was fairly cheap but i could have stayed at a motel 6 or red roof inn for the same price and better quality. Oh, and they will give you a paper basically saying lock your stuff up and make sure nothing is exposed in your car because youre in the city (duh) but why say that and not have security on site?

Not happy.
Found a cockroach in the bathroom and the beds were very hard. Front desk service was very slow. The elevator missed floors. For a $150 hold deposit, the place was terrible. Was first sent to a room that wasn't clean and the second room had a cockroach.

Room was clean, the floors everywhere were sticky. The breakfast was stale, seemed like this was the 2nd or 3rd day in a row it was out on the counter. AC unit in the Room made a lot of noise had to turn off to sleep. Otherwise polite staff and it seems they are trying hard to get the place back In order

Don’t stay there
The hotel was was not up to part the hotel needs to be renovated and the breakfast was terrible. I will never go there again. Georgia state had a game and I wanna to go get something to eat I couldn’t leave the hotel cause they was letting other people that wasn’t staying at the hotel parked in hotel parking lots

This hotel is at best 1 star. The interior is old and in disrepair. Both our rooms and the halls smelled awful.. a mix of industrial cleaner, mildew and a stale smoke residue. We complained to management but they would not offer us a refund so we could stay somewhere else. Tv was broken in one of the rooms and in the other, the toilet got clogged however no one showed up to help. We even asked for a plunger to handle ourselves but were told they didn’t have one! Avoid this place!!

It took them 45 mins to check us in, the lobby had no circulating AC. The elevators are slow and dangerous. The maintenance sticker says the elevator was last serviced on 6/2022 and that the service was expired since 2023. The blankets provided in the room had stains on it. The electrical sockets in the room did not work, along with the TV. The parking lot is small and cramped.
