Practical choice for Hamburg Visit
Room was small, but cleverly designed to make the most of it, and at a reasonable price. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Front desk clerk was quite personable and helpful. Room service came every day and did a good job. There are several good restaurants as well as a Aldi grocery store close by. Downtown (St. Pauli docks, eg) Hamburg is a straight shot on the subway, which is an easy two block walk away. Free parking. Breakfast was average for 10 euros or so per person.

Efficient accommodations for our quick stay
Our experience was generally good. The guy at the front desk came to open the door as we walked up, which was a nice welcoming touch. However, the room was too warm to sleep in, despite being the first of January. We turned the heat down as low as it would go (from 20 C to 17 C) and opened the window wide open for about 15 minutes to cool off the room...but then had to repeat this again at 2am and 5am, seemingly because there was so much residual heat in the walls that continued to re-warm the room as we slept. The result was the 2nd-worst night of sleep in our 3-week trip across Europe.

God beliggenhed og kvalitet i forhold til pris
Vel placeret hotel kun 5 min gang fra u banen, med parkering lige udenfor døren. Rent værelse med god plads til 4 personer. Morgenmadsbuffen var ok, typisk tysk. Halv pris for brøn. Indretningen kunne være bedre så der ikke opstod så meget kø. Vi ville bo der igen, næste gang vi kommer til Hamborg.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben fast 400€ gezahlt, obwohl es deutlich billigere Hotels in der Nähe gab. Hatte mich bewusst für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es nicht direkt im Zentrum liegt und wir unsere Ruhe haben wollten. Aber weit gefehlt. Mehrere Schulklassen wurden in allen Etagen untergebracht. İn unseren Nebenzimmern waren mehrere Schüler untergebracht, die täglich bis ca. 22:30h extremen Lärm gemacht haben, sodass man absolut keine Ruhe hatte. Trotz Beschwerden hat sich an der Situation nichts geändert. Ausserdem war das Zimmer, insbesondere der Boden alles andere als sauber. Obwohl ich diese sehr schlechten Erfahrungen vor 10 Tagen schriftlich beim Hotel reklamiert habe, wurde nicht darauf reagiert, was ich sehr schade finde. Werde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht nochmal buchen.
