Love it!
This place is great. Fast and friendly check in, Very clean and modern rooms, I love the shower. Price is great! This is officially my go to place in St- Catherine’s! Note: the directions are a little confusing, you have to drive down the road after the hotel then turn left and another left to around the building. After you do it once, you are good!

The staff was nice and the room was clean and tidy, however: -The bathroom door jammed a lot. -The toilet didn’t flush a few times. -The faucets were very squeaky.

The shower was walk in and hot water was great. Brand new. Lovely. The room could have been dusted a bit more. The bed was the worst. Waaay too hard. You need to put pillow tops on your mattresses. The lady was a bit snarky when we walked in before 3pm. We were just registering. Not looking to enter our room yet. I had to pay long distant to get a hold of someone at front desk, cause the front door was locked. Room phone broken. All I needed was a wifi password! Should be on the room card or in the information booklet.

2/10 Poor

Worst place in my 72 years on earth - horrible staff - and the place is a thief - took $200 - then claimed to have returned it to my Debit Card. No such thing happened. Now my bank is involved. Horrible place - stay somewhere that has honor & lives up to it’s advertised & that doesn’t make you live through hell!!!!

For a dodgy motel off the highway it wasn’t bad! It was fairly clean. Had everything you could need for a 1-2 night stay. The man at the desk was very accommodating with check in. My only discrepancy was the location of our room. I’m certain the place had many vacancies and I saw other guests in other rooms around the property however our room was literally right next to the lobby. I thought that was strange. Also the price was a little steep. Tons of places to eat around.

At best this is a $75 room,we paid 285.00 and was charged 200,00 deposit for any damage which will be refunded supposedly we'll see. All this because we had no cell service in Canada. We found out we could could have stayed at a Marriott for less money.

Good stay
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and quiet, even though it is on a main road with a highway beside it. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and went swimming twice. We would stay here again.
