We checked in at 9:30 pm on New Years Eve. The lobby was very quiet - we got to our room which had a Covid Cleaned sticker in the door- we noticed the faucet in the room was not clean and when we pulled back the bedcover duvet we discovered a bug- we thought it was a bed bug- very small legs - looked dead- I put it in a cup and took it to the front desk. The night attendant said it was not a bed bug but thought it was an ant. She changed our room to one down the hall. When noticed the faucet was not clean. We went to bed only to be wakened by a loud voice speaking into a cell phone without a mask in the hall. We politely ask her to talk in her room and she ignored us. We then asked again and then asked them to wear a face mask as it was mandated and she refused. She darted swearing at usAt this point we called down to the front desk. This went on until 3:30 in the morning. The girl and her sister were coughing on our door and yelling at our door. The girls family had some sort of fight- the girl was screaming at her mother in the hallway. The hotel staff say they checked and did not see them in the hall. The staff was nice to us. We checked out at 6 am. No one offered a refund only apologies - the coffee was very good - the breakfast sandwich was not edible.
I was skeptical at first I needed a quick place to stay one night turned into two nights exceptional staff excellent location Walmart and Cracker Barrel nearby 2miles from downtown will definitely stay again in the future

You charged me wrong and said it was the hotel’s fault when in fact it was YOU HOTELS.COM or should I say Expedia!!! You over priced me and didn’t Guarantee the rate I had held my card for! You did NOTHING ABOUT IT! How sad, your giving failed promises. I booked my room for TOTAL $109. When I checked in and got my room they said I was to be charged $127. I called Hotels.com and the last Jess said by the time I booked my price and then sending me my confirmation price increased. What bill shit. They took longer to send a confirmation automatically over charging me and their price I was give was false!
Great stay. Staff was excellent. Very clean
Due to Coronavirus, rooms would not be cleaned but essentials were provided at front desk. Pool/whirlpool were closed for same reason. Continental breakfast was offered but in bags for the same reason. None of this was the hotel's fault.
We enjoyed our stay. The bed was a little too firm for us.
Felt safe. It was booked and people kept letting their doors slam shut around midnight. Room was nice and clean. It did have carpet and it smelled of old cigarette. Cracker Barrel next door for Breakfast.
According to "EXPIDIA" hotel offers rollaway beds.. i ended slipping on the floor because According to the hotel it is a "fire hazard" witch i understand we were 5 people 2 beds my wife and granddaughter slipped in one and my son and grandson slipped in other one i booked here couse again EXPIDIA advertise they offered rollaways.. Also expidia advertise pool...pool is closed.. i am disappointed with EXPIDIA for NOT updated hotels amenities
