The hotel was very clean, and all of the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
This place is awful. The rooms are dirty and falling apart. The staff is rude and careless. I will never stay here again. Ever. It's not clean so be very careful here. Plus one of the people in my family had their credit info stolen here. Charged for extra rooms and now waiting for the charges to clear.
Stayed 4 nights, room was never cleaned. Had to go to desk every day for towel change. Bed was way to high, and toilet way too low. Breakfast was, if available, a microwave burrito or taco. And, 2 of the 4 days there was no coffee.
This hotel is nothing as advertised. First off there is no ac in the hallway, making it extremely uncomfortable while you walk to your room. Seconds we had to request a different room because there was a bed bug on one of the beds. It was so big, my husband killed it and there was so much blood from it. After pulling the sheets back from the mattress, the mattress was filthy and had so many spots, crumbs and hair on it. Not only did the staff not seem to care, they didnt even offer an apology or try to make anything better. Just switched us rooms.

The management is horrible...The manager Miss Shaun to be exact. I recently got married and booked rooms through Expedia for a few guests. After check out, one of our guest was called and told that her room needed to be paid for. Our guest explained that the room was already paid by me, the groom. Instead of doing management duties and confirming, Miss Shaun insisted that I nor my guest had paid and that we were mistaken. After I provided the receipt instead of calling my guest to apologize, she blamed Expedia and told me she took care of it. Not sure what she took care of. Just embarrassing and unprofessional with no apology when she was obviously dead wrong.
My overall rating for this hotel would be slightly disappointing. It appeared to be clean, but I noticed a couple of things that were missed by housekeeping. There were hair clippings in the sink,and a AA battery in the toilet. Two things that should have been noticed by housekeeping. With what's going on now and with businesses supposedly focused on detail cleaning, I wonder what was missed that I didn't notice. The hotel could also use some cosmetic upgrades. With that said, the AC was cold, and the bed was comfortable. More attention to detail cleaning and hotel updates would be great.
The property needs major overhauls. Our first room had grout chipping from the floor, caulking chipping from shower walls and toilet was not secure to the floor. Furniture was worn had holes and dings and dents. They changed our room for us, but it wasn't much better. Shower heads full of oxidation. Cellphone service was horrible inside this location in some spots and good in others. The "free" wi-fi was slower than dial-up. The "double" beds are smaller than my kids' double beds at home. Some comforters had holes. There were spider webs on ceilings and a general musky smell. While the day manager was somewhat helpful, the rest of the staff either had zero knowledge about hotel operations or customer service, or didn't seem to care. Elevator was very slow.
The staff was extremely nice and they always take care of us. Room was very clean and comfy
Everything was nice, just needs a face-lift. Bed was very comfortable.
