Agionissi Resort Hotel

Beautiful beaches on a walking distance, very nice pool, not crowded.

On the 20th of August I made a reservation, as a gift, for a couple from Germany who have just got married. I paid the same day and I received an email which reassured me that no reconfirmation needed. On the 22nd of August the couple arrived in the hotel but the reception informed them that they did not have a reservation for them. I called them and I informed them that it is a gift (in order to justify that the reservation had my name). They insisted that there is no reservation in that time. Then I asked them if they can call Expedia in order to get the information they need. The answer was negative and they said that I have to call them. Furthermore, they did not have the phone from Expedia. After that, I called Expedia and they understood that the problem was that I wrote the details from the reservation in Greek and the name that they saw was with exclamation marks and question marks. I am sure that the whole experience was really negative and I am not going to make an other reservation from Expedia in the future and obviously I will not suggest the Agionissi Resort Hotel. At peek season no warm water in my room, no good wi-fi, no good TV signal. Terrible breakfast.

The food is awful: the quality is poor, the meat is dry, every dish contains the same chopped courgette, tomato and red pepper. The service is terrible: - the drinks take ages, the plates a never cleared even when the next course arrives, the waiters have no clue. For breakfast you have to set your own table from the various cutlery left on other tables. Wiping down tables does not seem to be in the waiters' skillset either. They do like to shout 'malaka' at each other in front of the guests. Malaka translates to 'wanker'. Says a lot, doesn't it? The mattresses are hard with the springs digging in your back. The aircon has to be reset everytime you come back to your room. The manager in charge is never seen which explains why her staff are so under-skilled. She is a poor excuse of a person in charge and has questionable customer service skills. Perhaps thats why she prefers to hide in her office all day and lets her staff take the blame. Back to the awful food. The evening food was so bad that we began to eat at much better places in the nearby village (The Roost is particularly good). We met more than 12 families/couples from the resort on those nights out who decided not to risk their night being spoiled by the Agionissi food and service. To their credit, they have a lovely pool abd the food from the pool bar is fine. If you can, avoid this place or at best don't stay for dinner.

Staff were incredibly helpful. They when the extra mile and for me, it was needed.

Clean room with good views. Good location with pretty quiet beaches. Limited choice at breakfast which was adequate but could be improved.. Bar service a little slow. Lovely location close to the village. Enjoyed our stay very relaxing..The hotel team were very friendly. We would definaty stay again.

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο καλό, παραείναι υψηλή η τιμή για το δωμάτιο. Εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικου τέλεια. Τα παιδιά όλα ήταν πολύ ευγενικά και εξυπηρετικά και πάντα με το χαμόγελο.

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και άνετη διαμονή.

Der Strand ist perfekt schön ruhig ! Das Frühstück ist mit viel Auswahl ebenfalls prima ! Das einzige was nicht gut war das unsere Haustür öfters von alleine offen stand , da das Schloss nicht mehr richtig schließt, da ich öfters den ganzen Tag mit dem Boot oder Roller unterwegs war , war das nicht sehr angenehm!
