This hotel is our first choice whenever we visit Hong Kong. The staff are always helpful and efficient. Their check-in process is quick and easy. The room service staff are very helpful in cleaning up the room and exchanging towels (on request). We particularly appreciate the shuttle service between the hotel and Longham Plaza, which facilitates our shopping experience and catching the subway to other parts of Hong Kong.

The hallways lobby’s and building is very old and carpet is dirty. Busy elevators always very crowded. Poor Air conditioning in elevator and waiting areas and hallways. Check in area still has plastic glass to block the staff like Covid time. They clean the room every four days. Room seems clean though. Roof top pool and gym is ok. But this hotel needs a complete make over!!! For the value, our rate in August was $100 per night, I give it a 3 stars but everything else really not up to standard.

Good thing is they have provided Air purifiers but room don provided water bottles for guests if need can bought form their counter, bad thing is i have booked a family room which is one queen bed and one twin bed, but when i have check in on the arrived Date ,their counter staff told me from ( Hotel.com)information our family room is come with one Queen and one single bed ,they don have the type of room which I have mention, but i am sure that it stated 1 Queen and 1 twin bed before i have made the payment, We're a family of three staying at Metro Park Hotel Kowloon in Room 1407, from 15th May 2024 to 21st May 2024. My son's hand was injured by an electric current and his palm turned black. He complained of pain and numbness. Hotel was alerted immediately ,medical treatment by a doctor was sought, conservative treatment was given by doctor and advise to seek another consultation at home. According to hotel front office manager, their preliminary investigation narrows the cause to a corroded cable. As we we were rushing to catch our flight home ,we didn't have time to pursue further ,the front office manager ask  for our email address to follow up with us.To date nth was heard.

Great location in a very safe area. Local nearby eateries and bars were perfect, especially as the bar and lounge area at the hotel were closed. With the bar closed, the atmosphere inside the lobby/lounge area was lacking that “holiday vibrancy “.
