A lovely place to stay
We had a lovely two days at Foyers Bay Country House. Chris and Elly are amazing hosts who really care about providing their guests with an excellent experience. The location is quiet and beautiful with lots to see in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are lovely with plenty of amenities and outstanding views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and had we known how beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet, we would have booked it for longer. The owners were so personable and kind, we felt so welcomed and “at home”! We had dinner and breakfast the next morning and the food was spectacular, on all accounts! We highly recommend this property and if we ever visit Scotland again, we will most certainly stay here again; for more than just 1 night!

A fabulous place to stay, quiet and peaceful. The owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere inside and outside of the house is like out of a fairytale where nature and wildlife are in harmony with the house. During our stay we've seen deers in the garden and some very friendly cockerels. The lake is at a short walking distance away. Sadly we only stayed one night, but we'll happily return.

This is an out of the way gem. You will not find a better place to sort yourself out. The walk to the falls is gorgeous and only 20 mins. The views are breathtaking and welcoming staff will see me coming again and staying longer. Truly a gem along Loch Ness.

There are not enough words to describe how much we loved our stay here. Chris & Elly are fantastic owners and cant do enough for their guests, food and rooms are excellent and the location, well its beyond words. We loved seeing the red squirrels and the visit from the badger. Although off the beaten track it is definitely worth the drive as the scenery is stunning, If we get a chance we will be back - for a week next time! Thank you so much for being a major highlight of our road trip.

Elly and Chris were fabulous hosts. The home is beautiful and comfortable, room was warm with a great hot shower. We had dinner at the property, one of the best meals weve had on our trip so far. A lovely guesthouse, tucked away in the hillside beside the Falls of Foyers and clearly loved by its owners. Surrounded by nature, the local wildlife often wander into its gardens such as deer, badgers and cheeky chickens with a personality of their own.😋 Offering cosy rooms, hot showers and comfy beds, my husband and I woke up to a delicious breakfast as we watched the red squirrels from our breakfast table. So pleased there were vegan and vegetarian options. The owners, Chris and his wife were welcoming, funny and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay.
