Rooms with a lot of noise. The cleaning in the rooms is almost absent. Reception the 2nd and 3rd shift little organized.The included breakfast it's continental, but very poor and always the same: ( coffee, 1sandwiche, little slices of fruits, 1 glass of juice). Only 1 towel per person in the room. Good things: transportation close by, safe and central location.

Terrible! The rooms doesn’t have air conditioner properly, the rooms are old and the worst part; the breakfast! Includes “continental breakfast “ I stayed there for 7 days, just 1 option, fruit, orange juice, coffe and sandwich, yes 7 days eating sandwich, they said that they offer buffet breakfast but its costs 180 mxn per person, and it’s awful too! The service is nice. But I won’t be stay there for my next trip.

Restaurant food was terrible and gave us upset stomach and dirreah. We left after the first nught and booked elsewhere because Expedia app said we could not change or cancel reservation after check in hours.
