The apartment is fabulous. So much nicer than a hotel. The big problem is the parking garage which even with the detailed written instructions was a nightmare to first get the parking fob and then find the correct parking area It was very frustrating.

Awful. Completely misrepresented in the listing. Construction noise, 10 min walk from street level to room through dark hallways and multiple elevators, broken toilet, super uncomfortable bed, TV randomly turning on in the middle of the waking us up...the list goes on. Avoid.

My only real complaints are how hard it is to initially find the parking area/building. As well as the room being advertised as a queen and king bed but it was actually 2 queens. It’s quite an interesting checkin and parking process but overall once we figured everything out we really enjoyed the location and stay. The view from our room was amazing.

My wife and I decided to get out of our comfort zone and stay at a non-traditional hotel for the Film Festival, and we certainly succeeded! I've never had such an uncomfortable check-in experience in my life. Fortunately a Sonder employee (who, by the way, couldn't have been nicer) assisted us in locating and accessing the room. Otherwise, we would still be wandering around the building. Then, I entered and exited the parking garage three times before I was able to find where to park. Consequently, we missed our dinner reservation that I had made two months earlier. A couple days later, we met a young couple in the elevator who timidly asked us "Did you find the check-in process to be very confusing?" I was relieved to know that it wasn’t just us! Incidentally, the room was wonderful, and the amenities in the building such as the grocery store and food court were great. Now that we are familiar with the process we may consider staying here again next year, but honestly, I'm not sure that we would consider staying at a different Sonder property. One quick post script: Simply adding signage would have been tremendously helpful. Even when returning the parking fob to the main lobby, the clerk in the lobby (who was unaffiliated with Sonder), had no clue where I should go. It turned out that the repository was about five feet from where he was sitting!

The price was competitive, even better, than the downtown hotels. Here was a Longo's market close by, so I saved a ton of money by being able to cook my own meals while I was visiting. The Internet quality was great and I never once heard anybody else from within my room. Over all, it's one of the best stays I've had and I will use Sonder again.

Property was nice but the entrance tower A is horrible! Not intuitive almost like a maze Plus the King St is under heavy construction! The unit itself was pretty good and great view! I’ll repeat if the price is a bit more reasonable and construction is over!

I was here for 3 days on a work trip and overall it was a good stay, the rooms were nice- I had a corner space that most of the walls were windows which was really nice, especially at night. My only things that were not too great was the couch looked like it had some stains on it (I used a sheet to put over it bc I felt uncomfortable sitting on it), my room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, the bathroom and bedroom were good, it was just the living room space that could have use some work. Also, the second gray double doors that lead to Sonder are pretty broken they definitely need to get that fixed. 7/10 stay.

It was difficult to rate this stay because there were pros and cons. Because of the location and nearby construction on King Street, the directions were a bit challenging. Once parked, there was no guidance about the best way to get to the unit, and multiple exits to guess about. We were not able to figure out the most direct way until we left at the end of our stay. Aside from the poor directions, the unit was clean and spacious with a balcony on which to unwind. The location is very close to Liberty Village and its restaurants, as well as BMO Field and Budweiser Stage, With better communication from Sonder about entering the building form the parking garage, the rating would have been better.
