The daily breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with a good variety of food, the staff at the front desk is pleasant, but parking inside hotel is tight, and ground is not paved, but graveled, and the room had a lizard in it, the door to the balcony was broken inside and out, though not an issue seeing as we had a fifth floor apartment. The area around the property is not pretty and clean, and there are better options in the city, with a better view of the National Sanctuary, but generally safe. A very good pizzeria is a minute or two walk from the hotel, which closes at 11 pm if you’re hungry.

Precisa melhorar as adaptações dos banheiros. Primeira vez que vejo vaso sanitário e pia dentro do box onde toma banho. Terrível terminar de tomar banho e depois precisar fazer as necessidades com tudo molhado. Muito, muito desconfortável. O café da manhã encerra muito cedo, às 8h. Não consegui acordar a tempo. :-(

Ótimo custo - benefício!
A estadia foi muito agradável. Me hospedei de segunda a quarta-feira e minhas expectativas com o hotel foram supridas. Destaque para o recepcionista Miguel que é muito atencioso e prestativo; o café da manhã que é excelente, com várias opções de pães, bolo, bebidas e frios; a recepção do hotel é muito bonita e agradável; e a localização que fica muito perto da Basílica nova, cerca de 15 min andando com calma. O quarto é pequeno, mas comporta bem um casal e tinha uma vista muito bonita para o Santuário. A única crítica vai para as toalhas, que são muito finas, e o travesseiro que era um pouco duro. O hotel estava em obras e tinha barulho durante o dia, mas entendo que é para a melhoria do local.

A desejar.
Não avisaram que tinha reforma no hotel, durante o dia era uma barulheira, o estacionamento um caos, deixaram por mais de uma vez porta dos carros abertas, estávamos em família com quatro carros, inclusive um ficou todo molhado o assoalho por causa da chuva. Check-in muito demorado, do resto muito bom.
