My brother and I stayed for a few nights in separate rooms.
Booking in was done using a screen; no staff were available. My TV was not working, coffee machine was not working, air con was not working!
My brother had no soap or shampoo, luckily he could have some of mine. He also received breakfast (delivered in a cardboard box) when he didn't order it intentionally.
Tried phoning the number given, however, no-one available after 6 p.m. Left a message and e-mailed, but no call back. Phoned the following day. They initially said they had not received a message or email. They found the email when I told them the time I sent it. No refund offered or received.
According to the website, EEE are Bahrain-owned, so virtually impossible to contact. Clearly, they are happy to take your money, but offer no customer service to speak of.
They looked good on the website.
We spent 2 weeks travelling around Europe. This was by far the worst hotel we experienced.
