The hotel met our needs for the night. They let us know the air conditioning was not working but let us check out the room (it had a window) and gave us fan. Our room was semi cool, the flooring was done in our room, and everything was relatively clean. The kids loved the water slide and pool (spent hours in there) and the restaurant is always good (chicken strips and California salad is a MUST). At check out we spoke to the manager and they gave us $30 off (we asked about that due to the fact that air conditioning didn’t work). Overall it met our needs and it wasn’t as terrible as many other reviews I read.

Ok for kids meh for business

My room was connected to the pool area. When I opened my curtain in the morning I was staring at all the people eating breakfast in the restaurant- there was also no AC and the air vent went direct to the pool side so it was bright and shining through. If I had kids to bring I can see it as a fun place I’d want to stay - but I stayed for a business trip and not the best choice for that as wifi and cell bar service was also choppy
