Tower 3 Pros: Very close to haram literally 1 mins walk. 2 washrooms Large rooms and comfy beds Bellboy helped transfer luggage to next hotel Very quick service, whatever we asked for teas, towels etc arrived within few mins Good variety for breakfast Cons: Steps to get to the room Partial haram view but were not able to see Kaaba Lifts are terribly crowded and not frequent Only one person at reception after midnight, my room key was not working and had to wait 45 mins at reception Haram speakers did not work Directions are not very clear around the towers Shower room is too small Old furniture Will only recommend due to closeness to haram otherwise Conrad and others might be better value for money.

Location is everything
I stayed at the towers section of the hotel and the lifts were a constant problem. Out of 3 lift one was permanently not working and in the rest one of them would suddenly stop working. There was a huge number of people squeezing into lifts to a scary amount. Staff was excellent, we had a water issue they fixed it at 2 am, gave us a room upgrade, front desk manager was very courteous however getting to the front desk through basement and parking lot is a bit annoying. I would recommend the hotel section over the tower section have heard that is a lot better. The BEST thing however is the proximity to Haram with both towers and hotels so if you want a better room and less lift hassle go for hotel, if you want something slightly less pricey and are okay with some issues, ho for towers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—they even helped us with an early check-in and arranged transportation. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and ensured that everything was clean and comfortable. They consistently met all our needs, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Great Stay!
Another amazing stay in Makkah Towers in Tower 2! Had to ask housekeeping staff to accommodate necessities for 4 people, as were only providing for 2 people despite a reservation for 4 people. Lift services need to improved as had long waits for a lift. Breakfast variety could be improved but other than that it was a lovely stay! Very close to the Haram

Location was great, it was right infront of the Al Haram. Food options all around. Hotel could use an upgrade it feels outdated. They do not allow taxis or ubers to pull up at the basement parking, felt forced to take their expensive car service. But Alhamdullilah staff were amazing and friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 4 nights during our Ummrah trip. it's in front of the entrance to the Ummrah, King Fahad Gate 79. If you find a good deal then take it. It's connected to clock tower mall. It has grocery store left side up the escalator. Very convenient but it needs upgrade as property is one of the older hotels in the Haram.
