I love to stay here whenever I go to Calgary with my family because they have nice swimming pool for the kids. But this time I stayed first floor and it was so loud with airplane sounds and there was no blackout curtains like anywhere else. Can’t cover window that someone can watch us from outside.

Great place for family
The pool and slide are great! I think this is the reason why a lot of family stays here. They are doing some renovations with the rooms, unfortunately we had the older room that hasn’t been renovated yet so our bath tub walls were peeling and doesn’t look aesthetic at all, but functional. There were stain on our bedsheet which I already informed the frontdesk but bed and pillows are pretty comfortable. Service are very good!

Stay was great however we chose here because it had a sauna but couldn’t get them to work in either the men’s or the womens…. No clear instructions how to turn on and use. As well the bedding falling apart over night is frustrating. I know many hotels just lay sheets between the comforters/duvets now but even the bottom fitted sheet was not tight on the bed and was bunched over night as we moved around.

Best of the Best!
This hotel is top notch and one the best family hotels you could ever stay in. The primary attraction is the massive pool(s), waterslides, 3 hot tubs and kiddie pool. Hotels arent made this good anymore, and the ones that were, arent kept in this good of condition. The value is exceptional. A get away or staycation - Best Western Plus Port O' Call Inn can't be beat

Happy mama!
The room was very spacious - we stayed for 3 days with a toddler so wanted to make sure we had enough room- did not disappoint! The pool and the waterslides were the best I’ve ever experienced for a hotel. The lunch buffet at the restaurant was absolutely impeccable! Spent some time in the evening in the lounge and staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back.
