Hotel is really good for a business stay. They have a strange policy on Breakfast delivery, all to the room because of corona which is fine, but you must specify a window of time. I don't mind that but both mine and my colleagues were late, both days. If you're ordering order earlier is the moral of the story. Otherwise good hotel.

Grand outside
Grand exterior is sadly not met on the interior. Very comfortable, but clearly aimed at an older clientele and not refreshed and modernised like their other properties

Basic without the luxury currently
With covid-19 the hotel was really missing the "added extras" you expect at this level. Closed bar and facilities. Rooms without any of the plushness. Fantastic breakfast however. Just maybe give it a miss as a hotel until post covid

Nice, modern clean rooms set in a beautiful location. Around 25 minutes from the Nurburgring, this is an ideal place to stay if you want to relax in the evening.
Good parking on site and quality food in the restaurant.

Everything about our stay was as good as usual, which is very good, but we were extremely disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for refurbishment. We received no warning of this, either at check-in, or by means of a notice in reception or in our room. The first we knew was when we arrived at the pool ( a long walk ) only to find it locked up and empty of water.

Ok but not worth the reputation
Nice hotel but clearly riding on it’s reputation without putting much effort in. Staff is professional but not very friendly, nice or attentive. Location is great and there’s free parking in the area (weekends), about 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but some areas and rooms are nicely renovated. The pool area is very outdated but is undergoing a renovation right now. Sauna is ok-ish but not impressive by any means (please combine sauna with the pool area). The room was very nice and comfortable! Large walk-in closet was a positive surprise. Very nice bed. Something I was not impressed about was housekeeping. The shampoo & shower gel bottles had been opened as the seal was broken on all bottles so I threw them away but the next day they were not replaced. Also, the toilet paper in the bathroom had only a little bit left, which was strange. Breakfast was good but the staff didn’t look very happy.
Note that this hotel is very popular among more elderly folks.

2 night trip November
We stayed 2 nights at the end of November with our little boy who is almost 3. Check in was smooth and our room was ready early. The room itself was huge with a view looking out front toward the town. Some good restaurants within a short walk, we had a nice lunch in an Italian. We were in the area visiting friends but I could see how it would’ve a great base to visit the surrounding area. Especially in the summer to visit nearby vineyards. Would recommend

Sharing in the charm of old times
This is my second stay at this hotel that smells of old aristocracy and belle epoque times for the privileged classes. I recommend it for the location, the thermal swimming pool and the excellent breakfast. And if you like thermal baths there is a public one with the typical water games, saunas etc. at 100 meters.

Short stay but beautiful hotel!
I was only able to stay one night on my way through on a business trip but the hotel was absolutely lovely, clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff were wonderfully helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful stay
It was great, but the room smelled like marijuana whenever we entered. Not that it is necessarily a bad thing, but didn't think it was necessarily the best thing ever either.
