Excellent location in the middle of the old town. The room was spotlessly clean and had a very large, extremely comfortable bed. Reception staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The bed is just amazing.
I was down for few days only stayed there one night before we moved on to the next destination but came back for my last night just because of the bed for a good night sleep.
Large beds, big high ceiling rooms , bath and pillows to die for.
It was the best stay on my Spanish tour.
Great staff and pleasant.

The premium room was not ready for the first night, but they changed it form the second night. The premium room was ok. The breakfast was terrible. By ordering the / coffee and the breakfast. The drinks were coming after 25 minutes. The breakfast even later. The staf did not know how not know how to prepare the breakfast. No butter, the bread toasted to hard, boiled eggs in a big scale etc Really totally not ok. My recommendation if you take the hotel go breakfast at a coffee bar. The last breakfast after my complain we do not have to pay it. The pizza was very good in the restaurant.

The location is perfect for a tourist visit. However, we got a duplex that meant to have a table, closet and bathroom in your entry floor and the bed in a second floor, without a bed light in both sides, only in one, and no space to put your cloth plus no space around the bed to move and to go to the bathroom in the night going down is quite uncomfortable . if you choose this hotel from my view do not select a duplex room.

The staff was very accommodating and understanding when we had some check-in issues but they were easily resolved. The room was immaculate and cozy, we had the jacuzzi room and let me tell you... that came in handy after a long day and evening walking around the city and Alcazaba! Tons of amazing restaurants right outside the door not to mention the awesome breakfast at the hotel.

Lovely unique room in excellent location. Unfortunately there were roadworks outside at the time of our stay but this had no negative impact on our stay. The work quit early so no noise.

The hotel has not been kept up over the years. It was extremely hard to sleep with all the noise from outside. The bed was comfortable so that was a plus but it was so noisy outside that I couldn’t sleep well.

The location was great for walking to the shops and the cathedral and that's about all this place had going for it. If you need amenities (think soap, shampoo, conditioner, water in the room/available, etc.) this is not the place for you.

I don't like when you don't have a window to look out of and see the weather. It's also a lot if work outside the hotel.

It was a cute little place, centrally located in the city. Front desk people were fine, however, we didn’t have any contact with staff other than check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but stairway up to loft bed was slippery and had glass railing, so treacherous when needing the restroom down below in the middle of the night. Also, the bed was in need of replacement as is sagged on one side. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Service is lacking.
Failed to change our bed sheets when they were dirty with sand on them. And the next day, lack of toilet paper…the lobby is very small inside a restaurant and the lady wrote the hotel information on a very small card it is was not readable…rooms are very small and on two floors with no view.
Otherwise location of hotel is excellent.

Not a 4 star hotel. Check in is late, at 3pm and early at 11am. We arrived at noon and the front desk informed us there were two rooms available for check in now but my Duplex room was basic and this one was nicer so we would need to pay €80 more. We said no and he continued to push for us to see the room because it was just €80 more. We left our stuff, and when we came back later we were told the duplex room with a king bed was only for one person. So, we owed another €30 for the second person. Annoying again.
Room was smelly, didn’t have toilet paper when we arrived, NO comforter on the bed, just one thin sheet. No tea/coffee. Basic for sure..
Then at check out no one was at the counter. After waiting a while we finally just left the key and walked out
