Worst experience
This was my worst experience ever! I've made this booking a month before my travel date with full payment made!
I and my husband travelled by motorcycle straight from airport to this hotel and hope that we are able to get a good rest since it was already 7:40p.m. when we reached the hotel. But once we arrived only we've been told that there's no room for us and they even asked me to cancel my booking & get refund from hotels.com. (We never get any email from them/ hotels.com)
We refuse to do so because due to the rules, we are not allowed to cancel on the check in date. We just asked them to arrange another room for us anywhere nearby.
At last they just paid back what we've paid for the room and left us with no room to stay. We had tried all nearby hotels/guesthouses but unfortunately all were fully booked.
Without any choices, we rode back towards the airport area. At around 11:30p.m. only we managed to get ourselves a room to stay overnight.
Worst experience!!!
Don't book your room with this hotel, they are irresponsible!
