The property is too much on auto pilot. No one there to assist you for questions or problems. Everything is done by email or text. I texted whoever it was for a problem, and all I got was a text about my departure time and a reminder not to do this and not to do that. The price also doesn't include the $63 hotel tax.

Everyone was really nice, the place was gorgeous, and you can hang out in the Parlour with nice music. There were only two downsides: the bed hurt both of our backs (but that could just be us) and you have to climb three flights of stairs with your luggage. Otherwise, it's a real gem with nice features and a B&B feel.

Very confusing. Parking was an issue. Lighting was bad. Not worth the money

I had a fantastic stay at 14 Union Park...meticulously cared for and appointed property, extremely clean, very private, extra-large spacious room with walk-in closet and oh-so-comfortable bed and feather pillows! The location could not be better and affords an experience of being in a beautiful residential neighborhood with endless cafes and great restaurants nearby, and within easy walking distance of downtown. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a very special experience from a large hotel setting!

Location was pretty good. Getting into the building and room was really easy. Very quiet place, most of the other guests stayed to themselves and noise was almost non-existent The bed was really comfortable, really. Still waiting to hear back from them on what kind it was.
