Great hotel!
Superb hotel with a really friendly pub attached. Big rooms with good TV and you can stream to them if you want to watch a movie. Breakfast was good (no beans though!) and the staff were awesome. The spa was a little pricey but well worth the money after a day on the ski slopes.

Mediocre, keep expectations low.
As a family of 4 we were supposed to move to a family room but stayed in a room with a sofa bed after the first night to make things easier for the other family in our room and us- not to move. It was a tight fit, the sofa bed was awful, the shower floor was full of limescale. We were gone from 8:00 - 16:00 and our room would not be clean when we returned. The spa was fully booked every hour, every day- so we never got the chance to use it. Not the best experience. However, upon arrival it was very late and a British man with a beard was working - he went above and beyond to help move our sleeping kids in to the hotel. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He also got us some real pillows as we arrived to the room to find only decorative pillows on the sofa bed (small squares).

En natt i familjesviten
Vi bodde i familjesviten och överlag var vi väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Det fanns trevliga välkomstgåvor till barnen och det var gott om plats för oss alla fyra. Rummet var i bra skick men det var ganska dåligt städat, barnen hittade både grus och gamla chips på golven. I bäddsoffan var både fjädrar och övrig fällanordning ganska synlig och inte täckt av något, detta upplevdes lite obehagligt eftersom barnen både kunde nyfiket komma åt och rulla ner omedvetet i sömnen och klämma sig. Det gick bra för vår del man kanske kan förbättras.

Härlig helg med möjlighet till förbättringar.
Vi hade en härlig upplevelse i helgen! Glad och trevlig personal!. Ett minus var dock när vi kom ned till frukosten strax före 10, var flera saker slut, som bla bacon och det fanns bara tort vit bröd och thekakor. Blev lite besviken. Sedan var badrummet extremt litet, fast det var ett superior rum. Man kunde knappt röra sig där inne. En liten söt överraskning var påsen med godis och hälsningen från personalen. När det gäller tillgång till träningslokalen, är det inte tydligt vad som gäller som hotellgäst. Och som gäst på VANA spa, hinner man knappast även med träning på 2 - 2 2/1 timme. Det kändes även helt onödvändigt med en infinitiv pool. Den väsnades så mycket, så det var svårt att stänga ute ljudet. Tanken är ju ändå att man ska slappna av på ett spa. Men personalen var helt fantastisk!
