The door to the adjacent room was missing a handle on our side but I am not sure why. Otherwise my stay was fine. The breakfast choices were varied. The store front had some incidentals. The parking was good.

Great new hotel with very spacious room and huge bathroom. Zero complaints about anything. A guy that seemed like a manager was super helpful and polite. I saw him instruct another employee that someone was waiting, showing the customer service expectation. Very well ran and great rooms. If I had to complain, the breakfast pastries were not great and burnt, and eggs had ham in them. It was only $13. I’d recommend the hotel!

We were disappointed with our stay at the Danbury Hilton. Are room was never cleaned, no fresh towels, plates left in our room with yesterday's breakfast and our bed was never made...... BTW... the AC unit was extremely loud, made it tough to sleep. We're planning to comeback in August to see my elderly parents and need find a new place to stay.
