A couple of things I would suggest to improve your customer's experience is to first ensure that the photos of the rooms are accurate. The room I checked in was not the same room in the photo on the website. Second, perhaps put in the exact dimensions of the bed. The bed was too small to fit an adult comfortably. The room was rather claustrophobic, to say the least.

Worse Hotel ever, avoid at all costs
I booked twin room for my adult son & myself only to be given a tiny, windowless room, with a small double bed, and an arrogant and rude landlady who had no interest or concern and had a this is what I've got, we've given out the twin room to earlier arrivals!! Attitude of you didn't book with us so take it up with expedia, shocking worse hotel I've ever gone to, just walked out and found an alternative right opposite, Il Castillo, ten times better in every way, and same price, I'm now fighting for a refund.

This was the worst experience ever. Check in supposed to be at 2:00 pm we were there and the place was closed. We were calling multiples times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to pay for another hotel right in front, our plan was to pay one extra night at the other place until we could get a hold of this hotel. We came back next day, they gave us a room, this was the worst experience ever! Room had pee In the bed, in the floor, human hair all over the bed, room Wasn’t clean, it was obvious that some other people used the room and wasn’t clean. Wet towels on the floor, the bathroom infested with roaches and fungus and mold everywhere not to mention you can barely fit. Terrible bed, la know basic hygiene. We didn’t stay. This place shouldn’t be in business

La recepcionista fue muy amable, la habitacion estaba limpia y el baño también. El hostal olia muchisimo a cigarro y humedad, se oye todo lo que pasa en la calle, en el rellano y en las otras habilitaciones, la entrada al hotel da miedo porque las escaleras son de madera vieja que da la sensacion de que se caera en cualquier momento.

Todo bien pero ni la aplicacion ni el hotel te avisan que si no reservaste con anticipación, no vas a poder visitar Alhambra porque está agotado, y ese es el motivo de tu visita a Granada....te venden el hospedaje y cuando llegas te avisan que no lo vas a poder visitar....muy mal por ambos
