My biggest problem was with hotels.com. The booking said it slept 5, but when we arrived, there were only 2 beds. Hotels.com wouldn't get us another room or a refund so we could go to a hotel that sleeps 5. My husband had to sleep on the floor. Our room had carpet missing that was covered with black electrical tape. The pool wasnt working, only 1 ice maker working and trim missing down halls. Inside hotel halls was very hot. Very noisy. 0/10 eill not stay again nor book with hotels.com VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Good for sleep. No much food in the area. My room had previous tenants clothes in the drawers. Pool was out of order. I wish i would drove straight to my destination then stop here for rest.

They had a sprinkler flood in the attic the day before we got there. Some of our rooms had a musty smell that wasn't overpowering, but you could tell there was something in the air. It also looked like some of the first floor was under construction. The beds were very comfortable.

Look for something else.
Hotel was under construction, not a clean property, smelled like drywall dust, Room had moldy smell. Carpets were very dirty.

Got charged 150 extra for “smoking” in the room the whole hotel smells of smoke. I sprayed my deodorant spray l over room due to the smell that was already in it

The website did not mention anything about the swimming pool being out of order. Very disappointing. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet was not clean. The front desk staff were wonderful.

The front desk refused to help me find an alternative way to pay the 50$ front desk fee. I paid for the room on hotel.com didn’t know about the 50$fee fine print. I had no card for it so they would not refund my money also fine print. So I’m putting this out there. Have all the money you need when you get there. The kids at the desk will not help you in any way. No customer service skills.
