Terrible
Got here late. Called to say we would be coming in late. Got here, got our room, loaded everything up went to second floor and keys would not work. Went back downstairs he “fixed” the key card. Back upstairs to try again. Still doesn’t work. Front desk person had to come up to unlock the door with a regular key. Key cards won’t work because the door needs batteries. Tried to turn the TV on…came on but said no signal. He had to come back upstairs to fix the TV. It is now 1:40 a.m. and really want to find another hotel. Too late. Don’t stay here.

This place has a smell in the hallway and the room. First given a key to our room at 2:45 and it wasn’t cleaned and ready for new guests. Got another room and smell in this room. That night laying in bed found two different bugs a few hours apart. So we stripped the bed and lifted mattress and didn’t see anything else. Went to wash up using the restroom and looking at the floor seen some dark colored hairs on the floor. Turned shower on and rinsed the tub out, something was in the tub. The water was just warm, never got hot. Got up the next morning went down for the breakfast, everything that we tried took one bite or two and didn’t want it. No flavor tasted watered down. Went back to room and noticed little bugs/ant looking things crawling around in the cabinet and bed! Started getting round looking at our stuff that we had sitting out and had a few on some of our stuff. So we will never stop here again!!
