We were driving around the Northwest looking at the fall foliage and knew that Red Lodge was a spot we loved so we booked again at the Pollard. Unfortunately we left some clothing in the closet and they called to let us know. We were too far along to turn around so they were willing to mail the left items to us! Property is in an excellent. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room lived up to it hype in terms of historical character. But the hype on the room was way over rated. Not even a chair to sit down. Due to size. Front desk provided us with special accommodation around our need for refrigerated medications. Thank you. Hotel restaurant and lounge were closed. Immensely was an disappointment and no mention of closure on any special day.

Pretty historic hotel. Beds were just ok. Robes were a nice touch. Restaurant menu looked good but we didn't have time to try it. Unless the price was much less i probably wouldn't stay again since I spend so little time in the hotel. Staff was very helpful.
