All of the staff we spoke with was very kind and helpful! They are always quick to greet guests and assist when needed. I could not say enough good things about everyone! The hotel has had nice renovations and is very up to date. The hotel is in a very walkable location in the French Quarter. It’s a very busy area and it is quite loud at night. Highly recommend good ear plugs if you don’t have a courtyard room. That said I would absolutely stay here again since I think the noise is inevitable.

Perfect Location!
Great location if you're wanting to explore Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Very safe, clean, and parking on site made it so easy. We did pack a sound machine and wore ear plugs (provided by Hotel) when we were ready to go to bed because our room faced Bourbon and we could hear the music.
