Comfortable and convenient
Overall about the room, great. Clean and comfortable. It’s bit inconvenient if you forget your toothbrush or need a quick coffee, you need to get them from reception as they not in the room. If you need room made, they charge you ¥3300/service. Breakfast not thrilled as not Japanese breakfast. Bit disappointed with this. Afternoon drink on the rooftop is great. The view magnificent over few drinks. But the music is more like for early 20ish age. Not relaxing atmospheres or maybe I am too old. The overall place is very closed to peace memorial park.

Poor customer service
I never stayed at the Knot, and NEVER will. Yes, I did book a non-refundable room, but realized within minutes after booking that the website had reserved the wrong date. in spite of immediately contacting the booking agent AND the hotel, they would not reverse the room charge. I did not make it to Japan in the two days between my booking and my reservation, so could not check in. Such incosiderate customer service will be rewarded by my never staying at the Knot again - in ANY of the four cities where they operate. There are many choices in lodging, and life is too short to put up with treatment like this.

A hotel with wonderful view and delicious snack
The hotel is near the Peace Memorial Park which is in 5-min walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly at check-in and gave us some coins to redeem food and drinks at their bar. The snack was delicious and you might want to spend some more time and more money there. The view of the room was wonderful.

Paying for location and bigger rooms only
The hotel itself is overpriced for what you get. The price imo is just for location and bigger sized rooms. The biggest -ve for me is not having rooms cleaned. They only change towels and empty bins daily. If you want any more, you have to pay extra. You can get as many basic amenities for free, but like other reviews, I would rather have rooms cleaned than unlimited toothbrushes. My first day tho, both towels had hair still on it... Not a great first impression. You get tokens at the start that can be traded for snacks and drinks at the bar area, which is also reception - it would be nice if you like drinking and rowdy bar scene, but if you like a quieter atmosphere, you should go earlier as it can get quite noisy later at night. Location is very good. Right next to Hiroshima Peace Museum, and close to tram stop so you can get everywhere quite easily. There's convenience stores and Starbucks close by, plus a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again for the location, but tbh for the price and what you get, I would look at other hotels first.

Nice hotel in good location
Excellent hotel close to peace park and all the local attractions. On a Saturday it’s a popular destination for roof top music. Beds are small although most rooms have x 2 They only clean the room every 3 days so this is something to remember.
