Bed bugs in room. Very horrible experience. Night front desk did give a new room, but he blamed us and said room is clean. Obviously this is not the case, why would we make up such a claim ??? Maybe he should lay in the bed and feel a disgusting experience like we had!!! Avoid this hotel.

So happy we picked Red Roof based on reviews. Reasonable price and easy location for short family visit to Mammoth Cave National Park. Room was clean with several dining options walking distance and easy parking. Quiet location but close to highway and complimentary coffee provided in lobby. Room had mini fridge and ice available.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The AC was a little loud. The bathroom a little outdated but it had a nice little coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Was clean and comfortable. And very close to Mammoth Caves!! Very close to grocery and restaurants and attractions. Overall a good value. Thank you!!

I thought it was great! The guy at the front desk was very helpful, and very quickly set us up in our room and later fixed our room keys. I thought the place was clean and smelled fresh, and those beds were so comfortable after hiking all day. I didn't have any problem with the road noise, felt like white noise. We heard a cricket in our room every once and a while, but I didn't see it at all so I slept soundly. Overall pretty great!
