I wouldn't suggest booking here. Our office booked a room for a guest and her son, coming into town for an acting gig. They were supposed to stay the week, but they were evacuated from their room without explanation after the first night. The hotel didn't have another room to offer them so we were promised a refund on two separate occasion. We never got it. Filed a claim with our protected stay insurance and was denied because evacuation by the hotel isn't covered. Needless to say, not on the up and up.

my room was falling a part and the staff did not care to fix the issue or give me another room. contacted expedia even sent them pictures and when expedia called them they lied and said the issues had been solved. it was ridiculous how expedia believed them. i am very disappointed but i have pictures with time stamp to proof in the horrible conditions we were staying.
