We were disappointed with room service. We expected daily room service to learn we had to request between 6am-9am the day before. We did get room service after request, however, the bathroom was not cleaned. Sink was filthy. Front desk service agents provided great customer service. Parking
The parking deck/lot is not attached to the property. During this particular weekend, it snowed, and it was impossible to navigate the hill leading up to the parking deck and parking lot. This hill also had to be walked to access the property, which was dangerous because it was iced over. There should be another way to access the hotel from the parking deck.
