Loved Gala Boutique!
Loved the friendly staff at the reception and cleaning lady, as well as the restaurant staff and the food was amazing too! The small terrace was an extra touch, the bed was very comfortable and bathtub was beautiful and the water was hot and had good pressure. And the neighborhood was quiet and had great restaurants within walking distance.

I loved staying at The Gala Boutique Hotel! The staff was beyond friendly and the rooms are very unique and very chic! The location is very very safe and the area extremely walkable. I will be going back there to stay anytime I go to Guadalajara!! I recommend this place to any traveler who might be unsure of where to stay. It is conveniently located and easy to get around Guadalajara from there.

Great neighborhood, great staff
This hotel was very nice overall. The room was a bit too small, but still ok. Staff made us feel very welcome and were all super nice and helpful. Only downside was that the room was close to the restaurant/bar and for some reason they decided to blast music around 1 am and woke us up. But they turned it down when we complained. My advice is to get one of the bigger rooms, if you can afford it. But the price of the small one was already a bit steep, considering there are plenty of cheaper options in Guadalajara. I would still say the uniqueness of this hotel and the amazing walkable neighbourhood was still worth the price.
