This facility needs to be remodeled
Check-in was great. Staff member was friendly. When we got to our room, it was dark so we attempted to raise the blinds, only to find that they were broken. We contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance. It was not fixable, so they offered us another room which we took. On entering the second room we noticed that these blinds were also inoperable. This facility is really in need of some upgrades.

Hotel is in need of updates. I could not open the blinds in my room. It was like being in a cave. The grout in the shower was molded. Wallpaper was peeling and bathroom ceiling was bubbled. They took out the hot tub in the pool area. The pool was very nice though.

The room was clean, but the blinds were broken, the desk chair was broken, the clothing hooks in the bathroom were broken, and the shower safety bar was broken. When we told the front desk, the comment was "sorry about that."
