Best hotel in Zermatt, hands down.
One of the most incredible experiences I have had at a hotel to date. The condition of the property, the hospitality, the included spa and breakfast were all on point. The location is also A++, best location as far as proximity to lifts for the mountain, transit, etc. We will definitely stay again. Thank you everyone at Schloss!! xoxo

We loved our stay here, perfect location, so close to the train station but we weren’t there to ski so might be a different walk to the cable cars if you’re carrying. Breakfast had variety and super fresh. My husband had a massage at the CBD Spa and said it was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.
