Very Unprofessional staff and had no water
Very poor service from the front desk with excess fees added. Fire alarm went off every darn night in the middle of the night, woke up to no running water to shower and the clerk was unprofessional and rude. I Do Not recommend to stay!!! Look elsewhere

The parking lot is uneven in spots, which led to my falling, severely spraining my ankle, destroying my cell phone and expensive shoes. In general the place needs a lot of maintenance. The time have some mold in them, especially the walls in the bathrooms. The bathroom was pretty dirty, particularly the shower, which did not appear to have been cleaned at all. And the shower drain was extremely slow. On a more positive note, the laundry machines are free and the rent out small appliances like toaster ovens, air fryers, rice cookers and so on for free, and the kitchens have most of the stuff you would need to cook.

I’m only giving it a three stars because the first two nights were fine. But when I went back to my room for a third night of rest after a long day all of the lights were on, there were towels all over the floor and tap covering the sink and shower. I guess maintenance was working on something in there and I was not notified. Being a solo female traveler this made me feel unsafe. So I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. Which they did help me with but when I got to my new room the smell was soo awful. It smelled like someone had smoked in there for years. I went back to the front desk again and asked if they had air freshener they could use they gave me a spray that I used every hour! The AC Barely worked. The sheets were dirty couches were dirty. Really an every thing was just dirty I was scared to touch anything!

The property was supposed to be smoke free and it wasn’t. There were also strong chemical smells which caused me severe headaches and nostril burning. The property seemed very unsafe especially in the parking lot there were no lights. The towels seem dirty.

Third time was the charm. My first room smelled heavily of smoke. The key card did not work on the next room that I was assigned. The third room I was assigned was adequate. I enjoyed having a full refrigerator and cooktop. The room was clean. There were a couple of things that did not work (the sink stopper was stuck, the door was slightly off hinge. Other than that, the room was comfortable enough for a three day stay.
